While we do our best to ensure that you have an amazing experience with TheMrTailor™, we understand that sometimes things don't quite work out. We are 100% committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your order.
We offer refunds, excluding delivery costs or exchanges into a different size if an unwanted item is shipped/postmarked within 14 days from when it was delivered to you.
We do not cancel the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached.
Every item is checked and photographed prior to dispatch and kept as a record. Any intentional damage to the product prior to return will be charged in full or partial and cannot be returned.
To complete your return, please email us to email@example.com the reason for the return and we will send you further instructions.
Once the item(s) has been shipped, you'll need to update us with the return delivery tracking number.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our standards. Where provided, all original packaging to accompany the item must be included and returned in its original condition. Goods that are returned with damages may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Any item not in its original condition, if it's damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be accepted.
In case of the absence of the desired size, TheMrTailor™ may provide a store credit for a relevant amount or refund. TheMrTailor™ is not responsible for return shipping costs.
The return shipping costs should be covered by the Customer. All refunds exclude delivery costs to the recipient.

Clients choose the courier of their own preference, taking into account that the parcel should be trackable and must be shipped within 14 days left from the day they received the order.
YOU SHOULD CONSIDER USING A TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE OR PURCHASING SHIPPING INSURANCE. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL RECEIVE YOUR RETURNED ITEM.
