Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer all customers free Worldwide Shipping with tracking and paid Secured Express Shipping. We want your experience to be as smooth and upfront as possible - just the way we like it.


What are your shipping and processing times?

United States: 5 - 12 days
United Kingdom: 2 - 7 days
Canada: 7 - 15 days
Australia: 9 - 15 days
Europe: 2 - 7 days
Other countries: 10 - 20 days

Express shipping:
United States: 2 - 7 days
Canada: 3 - 8 days
Australia: 7 - 12 days
Europe: 2 - 5 days
Other countries: 7 - 15 days

Processing Times

Orders take 2-6 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship out on weekends.


Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.


Customs

You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you. TheMrTailor has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from themrtailor.com you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We sincerely hope that you do not use additional import costs or Customs clearance delays as a reason for requesting refunds or leaving negative feedback.

Refused Shipments

If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our Ukraine address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
